Custom work is taken on case by case, depending on the scale/scope of work, timing, budget and our availability. If we can not accommodate your custom request, we will let you know and offer a referral when possible.
Custom Work FAQs
How long do custom pieces take?
Most custom works take 1-2 months to complete, but time will vary from project to project. Things that can effect the timeline are: type of work, time to source materials, current work load and holiday closures.
How much do custom orders cost?
Price varies depending on design, metal choices, stones and level of work needed to be done. At this time we are not taking orders to rework existing jewelry or use your own personal stones. Custom orders carry a minimum of $160. That would be for a basic design. Most customs fall in the $250 - $600 range and higher when using 14k or 24k gold. Discount codes can not be applied to custom orders.
Do I need to make a deposit?
Yes. All custom orders require a 75% deposit to begin production. The balance is due before the finished product is shipped out. Custom orders are non refundable or exchangeable once the work has begun. You will receive invoices for the deposit and balance which can be paid online.
Customization of current designs (ex. Making it with a different stone, making a pendant design into a ring) must be done as a custom order. Please note we will not recreate work based on images of another design or mold someone else's work that you have already purchased.
